GUEST INFORMATION

  • There is only one round of golf per night's stay. Additional golf will be charged at the normal Daily Green Fee rates. (subject to tee availability)
  • Subject to availability we are pleased to guarantee a specific room for your stay for a charge of £15.00 per room.
  • Golfing guests have RESERVED TEE TIMES on the courses; these times are arranged with the Golf Manager. Tee times are based on four balls and therefore a two ball may be paired up with other golfers. Hotel guests are not allocated tee times before 9.30am.
  • Provisional bookings may be held for fourteen days during which time the reservation must be confirmed in writing with a deposit of £75.00 per person.
  • No pets are allowed in the Hotel.
  • Golfing guests must ensure that they collect a Bell Inn Green Fee ticket (the Hotel reception will provide a voucher) from the Professional's shop on a daily basis and display this ticket whilst playing.
  • Telephone bookings are accepted with the deposit paid by credit card.
  • Cancellation Policy - If a booking or part of a reservation is cancelled within 42 days of arrival you will lose 50% of the deposit and within 21 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable
  • May we remind our Golfing Guests that handicap certificates are required; should this cause concern then please contact either the Hotel Manager or the Golf Club Manager.
  • Hotel guests are requested to acquaint themselves with the dress rules of the Golf Club whilst in the Clubhouse or on the course.
  • The hotel recommends that all golf clubs are removed from your vehicle overnight and stored in the hotel locker room. A small charge of £3.00 per person, per night will be charged to your room. For the safe return of the locker key, the deposit of £10.00 will be refunded from your room bill on departure. Golf clubs in vehicles are left entirely at your own risk. Clubs will only be allowed in hotel bedrooms if all lockers are taken. Golf trolley batteries must be re-charged in the locker room.
  • Guests are reminded that golf buggies are allowed on the courses in Winter, but may be requested to keep to the buggy paths, failure to do so will result in users being asked to leave the course. Guests are recommended to contact the professional's shop for information on the current situation.
  • Guests are asked to settle their account before playing golf on the morning of departure either in cash, By cheque to the value of your cheque guarantee card (unless alternative arrangements are made in advance), by Access, Visa or Mastercard credit cards or Switch card.

GOLFING GUESTS will have tee times provisionally booked for them based upon course availability. The Manor and Forest Courses are within walking distance of the Bell Inn, Dunwood Manor is some fifteen minutes drive away. Tee reservations will be sent to you with the confirmation of your booking.

PLEASE NOTE - Guests staying on golf packages will receive a refund of £10.00 per person, per round if the courses are closed due to them being unplayable as a result of bad weather. Course closures are solely at the discretion of the General Manager of Bramshaw Golf Club and Dunwood Manor Golf Club.

1 round of golf is playable on any of our 3 courses. 2 rounds of golf is playable on any 2 of our courses. 3 rounds of golf must be played across all of our courses. Should you wish to play the Manor at Bramshaw more than once then a £10 per person supplement will apply
