Our fine dining restaurant, Briscoe's, is widely regarded by food critics and customers alike as one of the best in the South. Dinner is prepared and served every day under the expert control of our Head Chef, Scott Foy, and our reputation for fine food is richly deserved.
All our ingredients are impeccably sourced, much of which is produced locally in the New Forest. Fish caught by day boats from the coast nearby, a wonderful selection of game from our own estate and mushrooms, herbs and vegetables produced locally.
Our cuisine has been awarded Two AA Rosettes since 2008.
Should your table size be 8 or more guests, we have designed a special menu in order for us to cater for your group and still deliver our usual high standards.
