Our fine dining restaurant, Briscoe's, is widely regarded by food critics and customers alike as one of the best in the South West. Dinner is prepared and served every day under the expert control of our Head Chef, Scott Foy, and our reputation for fine food is richly deserved. 

Our cuisine has been awarded Two AA Rosettes since 2008.
